In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can choose to exchange for either an alternative item or receive a refund less the cost of shipping and gift boxes. You may return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom-made orders and sale items cannot be refunded.
We will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or deteriorated in any way. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the received item is faulty. Claims regarding items damaged or lost in transit will be made directly to the carrier, as such events are not our responsibility.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to be confirmed the availability.
